Cold Home Remedies

  1. Mixing one tablespoon each of honey and ginger juice and drinking it in the morning and evening ends cold.
  2. Mixing one big spoon of carom seeds with some rock salt and taking it with lukewarm water ends cold.
  3. After heating turmeric and milk and mixing jaggery in it, drinking it, it provides relief in cold, cough and body pain.
  4. Mix jaggery with black pepper and boil it in water and drink it hot like tea.
  5. Chewing two or four betel leaves provides relief from cold and flu.
